"Principle of the Electrostatic Oil Purifier EDC" Utilizing the fact that contaminants floating in oil become charged, the electrodes capture these contaminants. When classifying the particles dispersed and suspended in oil by their electrical properties, there are only three types: positively charged, negatively charged, and neutral. The positively and negatively charged particles are attracted to opposite electrodes (electrophoresis phenomenon). By inserting a pleated collector between the electrodes, a strong electric field is created, attracting neutral particles (dielectrophoresis phenomenon). The CleanTech electrostatic oil purifier EDC is designed to enable these two phenomena to occur simultaneously. It removes all types of waste that do not dissolve in oil, regardless of whether they are metals, non-ferrous metals, organic substances, or inorganic substances. It can also eliminate oxidation byproducts of oil that are difficult to remove with filters.
